Dr Chandrama did a Bachelor of Science with a major in Neuroscience and then a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Western Australia. She took an active interest in research during her degree, particularly looking into the impact of Oral nutritional supplements on dental caries rate of head and neck cancer patients, with the research article published in 2021.

She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and aims to provide good care to her patients in a relaxed environment, as she understands that going to the dentist can be a nerve wracking experience. She makes every effort to stay on top of current developments of dentistry by participating in various courses and volunteering.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys reading and traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
